The Turl Street Arts Festival (TSAF) was set up in 1997 by students from the Turl Street Colleges of Oxford University - Exeter, Jesus and Lincoln. Entirely student-run and funded, the mission of the festival is to provide a platform for student creatives and to foster an inter-collegiate spirit through the arts.
The festival is the largest of its kind at the university. It is traditionally held in the 5th week of Hilary term. In 2017, Brasenose College were made part of the festival for the first time.
