TSAF is excited to announce the screening of Wes Anderson's The Grand Budapest Hotel on the 5th of February.
Grand Budapest Hotel recounts the adventures of Gustave H, a legendary concierge at a luxury European hotel between the wars, and Zero Moustafa, the lobby boy who becomes his most trusted friend. The story includes the theft and recovery of a priceless Renaissance painting and the battle for an enormous family fortune - all against the backdrop of a suddenly and dramatically changing Continent.
Following the film there will be drinks, food, and a DJ set, all included in the ticket price and inspired by the style of the movie.
After the film there will be also be a prize for Best Costume so even if you haven't seen the film yet channel all things Wes Anderson (think Fantastic Mr Fox, The Royal Tenenbaums and Moonrise Kingdom) to be in for a chance of winning!
This event is free and open to Oxford students. We will be allocating tickets on a first come first serve basis, and you can reserve your ticket here
